Frequently asked questions
How much does powder coating cost per m²?
Powder coating starts from €12/m² excl. VAT; shot blasting from €9/m² and zinc primer from €6/m². The minimum order is €25, and the calculator on this page shows an exact estimate instantly.
What is the maximum part size?
The oven working zone is 3000 × 1500 × 1500 mm. Larger structures can often be coated in sections — just ask.
How long does an order take?
The standard lead time is 3–5 working days from the moment we receive the parts. For urgent jobs we offer 2-day or 24-hour turnaround at a surcharge.
Do you powder coat car wheels?
Yes, we powder coat alloy and steel wheels in any of 214 RAL shades, including tyre removal and refitting. Alloy wheel coating starts from €40 per wheel excl. VAT.
Can you coat galvanised metal?
Yes. Hot-dip galvanised surfaces need specific pre-treatment and sometimes an intermediate layer — we assess this during inspection.
Do I have to prepare the parts myself?
No, we handle the cleaning. We only ask you to remove plastic, rubber and electrical components that will not survive 200 °C.
How durable is the coating?
Powder coating is markedly tougher than wet paint — it resists everyday scratching and holds its shade. For outdoor structures we recommend a zinc primer underneath.
Do you work with private customers?
Yes, both businesses and private customers. The minimum order is €25 excl. VAT.
