What wheel coating includes
Bring the wheels with or without tyres — we handle the rest.

Intake and inspection
We inspect the wheels and agree on the RAL colour, finish and lead time.

Tyre removal
If the wheels come with tyres, we take them off ourselves.

Stripping and cleaning
We remove old paint, rust and dirt so the new coating bonds properly.

Powder coating
We apply the powder and cure it in the oven at around 200 °C.

Tyres and balancing
We refit the tyres and balance the wheels.

Collection
Standard lead time is 3–5 working days; faster turnaround is available for urgent jobs.

- If the tyres have pressure sensors (TPMS), let us know at intake.
- Tell us about any damage or previous repairs — we will assess them during inspection.

Wheel coating FAQ
How much does alloy wheel powder coating cost?
Powder coating an alloy wheel costs from €40 (R13) to €64 (R22) per wheel, and a steel wheel from €32 to €48, excl. VAT. For example, an R17 alloy wheel is €48. Tyre removal, refitting and balancing cost €12 per wheel.
How long does it take?
The standard lead time is 3–5 working days. If you need it sooner, fast (+25%) and express (+50%) turnaround are available.
Do I need to remove the tyres first?
No. We remove the tyres, then refit and balance them after coating — €12 per wheel. You can also bring bare wheels.
What colours can wheels be coated in?
Any of 214 RAL Classic colours. Besides the standard smooth finish there are metallic and pearl (+15%), textured and wrinkle finishes (+20%) and special coatings (+35%).
Do you coat steel wheels too?
Yes. Steel wheel powder coating costs from €32 (R13) to €48 (R22) per wheel excl. VAT.
